The Christmas Gift Guide for Busy Ass Parents

Hey, Goddesses. How are you? Have you started thinking about the holidays and gifts yet or do you live in the moment and you’ll deal with that when the time comes? Well, I’m early with this amazingly helpful gift guide for busy parents but you can always pin it and refer to it later. By the way, are you following me on Pinterest and Instagram?

Gift Guide

I’ve found several gifts that will make your life or another parent’s life so much easier. I don’t know about you but some of my favorite gifts are gifts that are purposeful, practical, and I can use again and again.

Gift 1. bObi Pet Robotic Sweeper Vacuum:

My bObi Vacuum is a gift from the gods lol. Actually, it was given to me by the Bobsweep company to test and review and I love it. I love anything that takes any chore off of my hands. I’m a busy teacher, virtual assistant, and mommy. Coming home cooking, cleaning, and homework are my priorities and vacuuming takes a back seat. Now I can set my little bObi robot to vacuum while I’m at work and even customize a different time for him to vacuum every day if needed. I think the cutest thing is when he finds his way back to his “home.” Also, it’s a fraction of the cost of other robot vacuums. #winning

Gift 2. The T-Fal Pressure cooker

I love my pressure cooker. I am not a meal planner or prepper. Usually, I’m standing in front of my freezer after work asking myself why I didn’t pull out meat the night before. (I don’t like the defrost feature on the microwave). With my pressure cooker, I can cook my meat from frozen to finish and quickly too. My pressure cooker is also awesome for cooking collards (40 minutes) and cabbage (20 minutes), steaming vegetables to puree for babies, making soups, and frying, sauteing, simmering and browning food. Yeah, this bad boy has 12 automatic functions!

      Gift 3. Ninja Blenders

Speaking of pureeing baby foods, I love that my Ninja blender does this easily. I also love using my Ninja for blending soup ingredients and of course smoothies and martinis. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Gift 4. The Erin Condren Planner

I’m hooked on Erin Condren, her awesome inspirational planners and all of the stickers and covers I can get to customize my planner from awesome Etsy shops. Erin has different styles and types of planners to choose from. This gift is perfect for busy mama’s who need to plan their day for ultimate productivity and relaxation. Yes, I pencil in my magazine reading time.Christmas Gift Guide

    Gift 5. Mainstays Convection Oven

Guys, I tried them all: NuWave (The plastic cover cracked) and the Boss Wave Convection Oven (stopped working after a few months). When my husband brought the 30 something dollar Mainstays Convection Oven from Walmart I was more than doubtful. But this thing has lasted and has helped me whip up excellent meals from baked chicken,  quick homemade pizza, to hot dogs for movie night (and my husband favorite pizza rolls…gross). This gift cooks so much faster than a regular oven and is less mess to clean up. Also, all the fat drips to the bottom. P.S. my husband isn’t the best cook but he’s a pro on the Mainstay Convection oven.
